Rivada has in the last year secured market access for its Outernet constellation in 18 countries and on every continent. These countries include U.K., Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Colombia, Namibia, and more are in the pipeline.

Peraton, a next-generation national security company and transformative enterprise IT provider, is partnering with Rivada Space Networks to offer a unique, ultra-secure low earth orbit network capability to support mission-critical U.S. government communications around the globe. 

Rivada Space Networks has strengthened its U.S. team through several key new hires. John Guiney joins as Chief Operations Officer; Michael Abad-Santos is Head of Sales for the U.S. and deputy Chief Commercial Officer; and Jeffrey Chandler has joined as Director of Sales, U.S.

Together with more than 40 companies, research centers and international organizations, Rivada Space Networks signed the Zero Debris Charter at the Berlin International Airshow (ILA).

KT SAT, Korea’s national satellite communications services provider, and Rivada Space Networks have signed an MoU to provide next-generation connectivity for Enterprise and Government customers, enabling expansion in Asia Pacific and beyond.

Rivada Space Networks has announced a series of new partners in the Asia Pacific region. Rivada has now lined up over $US9 billion of business globally for its unique LEO network.

Rivada’s LEO constellation, the Outernet, will be the world’s first single, global, ubiquitous communications network, said Declan Ganley, CEO. “True global wireless connectivity will be possible for the first time. Our new look reflects the new era that the Outernet will help usher in.”

Ofcom, the U.K.’s independent communications regulator, has today granted Rivada a license that enables the company to provide satellite communications services in Great Britain.
